    In the case of companies that own multiple hotel properties, the company can become a FIHR member only by including all units in the portfolio.<\/p>

    Annual fee 2026:<\/strong><\/p>

    • 2 star hotel accommodation units or guesthouses: 200 euros + 2.25 euros x number of rooms<\/strong><\/li>
    • 3 star accommodation units: 200 euros + 3 euros x number of rooms<\/strong><\/li>
    • 4 star accommodation units: 200 euros + 7 euros x number of rooms<\/strong><\/li>
    • 5 star accommodation units: 200 euros + 10 euros x number of rooms<\/strong><\/li>
    • public catering establishments 200 euros + 50 euros<\/strong> \/ 100 seats in the restaurant;<\/li>
    • small members (<15 rooms or <30 seats in the restaurant): 250 euros<\/strong><\/li>
    • employers' associations: 1500 euros<\/strong><\/li>
    • sympathetic members: free<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      • For seasonal units that pay local property tax at a rate of 50% according to the tax code, a 50% discount is also granted on the annual FIHR contribution.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        • Hotel schools, educational and research institutes in the field of tourism, hotel, restaurants and related fields<\/li>
        • Economic operators offering consultancy in the field of tourism, hotels, restaurants<\/li>
        • HORECA product and service providers<\/li>
        • Economic operators that have projects in the construction\/development stage that can be classified in collective bargaining sector 33 \u2013 Tourism, hotels, restaurants<\/li>
        • Commercial banks or investment groups; card and voucher issuing companies; insurance companies; consulting and auditing firms; casinos, air, sea or land transport companies; travel agencies, online booking platforms, event and festival organizers, etc.<\/li><\/ul>

          Annual fee 2026:<\/strong> 500 euros<\/strong><\/p>
