The Romanian Hotel Industry Federation in partnership with Serol Hospitality - FIHR member invites you to the Customer Experience Continuum Webinar organized online, on November 26, at 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n
The webinar will last approximately 60-75 minutes and will cover the ongoing process of delivering exceptional customer experiences in hotels and restaurants, the importance of customer feedback, and how we use this feedback to continually improve the quality of our products and services. The webinar is recommended for Front of The House staff as well as staff in commercial departments (business development, sales, marketing).<\/p>\n
The webinar will be facilitated by Mihaela Stoica, certified corporate trainer, accredited trainer in psychopedagogy and psychologist specialized in organizational psychology. She has over 17 years of experience as a trainer in institutions and different organizational environments and 12 years of experience in continuing medical education courses. She has published studies focused on resilience, trust and managing employees' emotions in organizations. She develops workshops and courses in communication and psycho-education.
