In an increasingly competitive hotel industry, efficient online room distribution is essential for success. A Channel Manager<\/b>\u00a0gives you the power to manage your hotel's availability and rates in real time, across multiple booking channels, without the risk of overbooking or financial loss.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The use of a set of tools in the hotel industry is fundamental to increasing competitiveness and the correct use of human resources \u2013 increasingly difficult to attract.<\/span><\/p>\n

Together, we will discuss the basics of using a Channel Manager tool and review some of the steps needed to set up a simple system. By the end of this course, participants will have a solid foundation and basic understanding of revenue management; why it is important to have such a system in place and what elements are involved in achieving revenue management.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The session in April 9, 4:00 p.m. <\/b>will be supported by Julian Sava,<\/b>\u00a0strategist with extensive experience in the hotel industry in the commercial area. Iulian has over 15 years of experience in Revenue Management, Analysis and Business Development, accumulated in some of the largest hotel chains in the world. He started his career in 2006, at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, and then for 15 years he worked in hotels owned by Radisson Hotel Group, both in Romania, Slovakia and Georgia, where he held the position of Revenue Manager \/ Director of Revenue Management, achieving remarkable results. In the last 4 years he has dedicated himself to the development of the hotel industry in Romania from the position of Senior Consultant in the largest hotel management and consulting firm in Romania, Premier Hospitality.<\/span><\/p>\n
