The workshop organized by FIHR provides a platform for discussion and exchange of experience between leaders in the hotel industry, waste management experts and representatives of industry associations.<br \/>\nThe panel will explore concrete and innovative strategies to minimize food waste at all stages, from procurement and storage, to preparation and serving, as well as ways to reduce packaging use and optimize recycling processes.
