{"id":8269,"date":"2025-03-27T09:29:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T09:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fihr.ro\/?post_type=stire&#038;p=8269"},"modified":"2025-04-07T10:13:58","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T10:13:58","slug":"sedinta-consiliului-consultativ-al-turismului","status":"publish","type":"stire","link":"https:\/\/fihr.ro\/en\/stire\/sedinta-consiliului-consultativ-al-turismului\/","title":{"rendered":"Tourism Advisory Council Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>On March 27, during the quarterly meeting of the Tourism Advisory Council, FIHR \u2013 Romanian Hotel Industry Federation was present through Ms. Simona Constantinescu \u2013 President of FIHR &amp; CCT and Ms. Laura Elly Naghi, Executive Director of FIHR. On this occasion, a series of normative acts were debated, the discussions focusing on the finalization of legislative projects under public debate, very important for the industry, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts that legislate the functioning of local OMDs (PLx 50\/2024)<\/li>\n<li>Digitalization in tourism through the development of the Tourism Information System \u2013 SIT and the elaboration of<br \/>\nNorms regarding access, registration and protection of tourists in tourist reception structures (amending and supplementing Government Decision 237\/2001)<\/li>\n<li>Amendments to Government Decision 1267\/2010<\/li>\n<li>Methodological norms regarding the granting of holiday vouchers (amendments to Government Decision 215\/2009)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, it was agreed with Minister Bogdan Ivan and representatives of the Tourism Directorate within MEDAT to resume debates on the criteria for classifying tourist structures (Order 65\/2013) and the legislation regarding<br \/>\noperationalization of the national MDG.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions also included aspects regarding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financing participation in international tourism fairs through multi-annual budgets<\/li>\n<li>Inefficiency of ANPC good practice guides due to outdated reference legislation<\/li>\n<li>Transposition of EU regulations on STR and reporting by online platforms of accommodations booked through them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-8269 gallery-columns-4
