Law 141\/2025 substantially amends, among other things, the gambling legislation, namely GEO 77\/2009.
\nThe newly introduced provisions regarding accessing remote gambling platforms in public spaces or spaces that are accessible to the public, such as bars, internet cafes, coffee shops, hotels and similar places, pose challenges for the locations.<\/p>\n
