FIHR organizes on October 22, 2024 at 4:00 PM, a workshop on employee recruitment, which aims to provide you with more details and solutions to find the right people, understand the mix of nationalities present in the current labor market and adapt to changes, including generational ones.
The event will feature Melania Jaravete, a human resources expert with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment area. Melania has worked in personnel selection, training, development, labor relations, compensation and benefits. Melania currently has over 4 years of entrepreneurship and coordinates The People Office, offering human resources consulting, and The People House, offering personnel placement services.

Melania will review the steps of the recruitment process, tips and tricks, interview questions, focus on how we discover the integrity of future employees and will briefly present the most relevant aspects regarding labor market trends, the importance of different cultures and useful elements regarding hiring and termination of contracts.
