FIHR organizes, based on the partnership with despreSpa.ro and SpaEdu - the first Spa Management Academy in Romania, CIDESCO Training School a new edition of the program Communication Techniques for Hoteliers on the date of March 25th at 3:00 PM online.

The program is intended for Hotel / Hotel with Spa or Health Resort Managers, even if you already work with a PR / Marketing agency.

Course participants will learn:

•  The 6 languages of personality: why do we transmit one thing and the other person (client, colleague, friend) receives something else? Even though we both speak Romanian.
•  How to present your hotel (also applies to reels/videos) in a way that attracts the reader and keeps them captivated until the end. To do this, 3 techniques and some of the axioms of writing will be used.

How does it unfold?

The course takes place online, on Zoom, Tuesday, March 25, from 3:00 PM – for 90 minutes. Login details will be sent upon registration at this link

The course is taught by Ioana Marian, founder of despreSpa.ro and SpaEdu, President of the Romanian Spa Association.
