The Investor's Guide to the Hotel Industry represents the call to those in the Hotel Industry that we need to focus more on what we can do, that we need to make intelligent and well-argued investments to overcome the current situation and to move Romanian tourism to another level, a superior and much more efficient one, with quality services that meet the expectations of current tourists.

To support hoteliers, the architecture and interior design office Picktwo Studio, together with the hotel management and consulting company Premier Hospitality and with the support of the Romanian Hotel Industry Federation, launched the Investor's Guide to the Hotel Industry - a work that presents the process of building, renovating and opening a hotel.

Authors Lucian Marinescu and Sebastian Mîndroiu presented in the over 250 pages of the Guide all aspects of opening and operating a hotel, addressing topics such as: affiliation with an international network, creating your own hotel concept, branding and communicating a hotel brand, designing and authorizing a construction or renovation project, regulations and legislation in force, construction and site management, staff organization and administration, budgeting examples and many others.

In addition to the fundamental stages of a project, the Guide presents a series of interviews and case studies of successful hotel investments in Romania. The Guide comes with a rich list of suppliers and partners who can and want to support the development and reconstruction projects of the hotel industry.

The guide is addressed to investors, operators, employees or suppliers of the hotel industry, but it can equally be a teaching material for tourism students and teachers from universities and high schools in the country and even abroad.
