Hotels across Europe have started to join a pan-European initiative to seek compensation for financial losses caused by Booking.com’s illegal practices, such as “best price” (parity) clauses. The initiative, supported by HOTREC and over 30 national hotel associations, is open to all eligible hotels – free of charge and without any risk.

After overwhelming demand from hoteliers across Europe, the registration deadline for the class action against Booking.com has been extended until August 29, 2025.
