FIHR, in partnership with Edu4Tourism and with the strong support of prestigious academic institutions (ASE Bucharest, UMFST Târgu Mureș, Romanian-American University), organizes a 5th edition of the "Open Days in the Hospitality Industry" project„.
The event will take place during March 30 – April 4, 2026 and represents a unique platform through which hotels across the country open their doors to future industry professionals.

During these days, in 60-90 minute intervals, young students (coordinated by a teacher) will have the opportunity to explore various departments, talk to experienced professionals (including department managers and General Managers) and participate in interactive activities designed to show them what role suits them best in the vibrant universe of hospitality.
