FIHR – Federation of the Hotel Industry of Romania is pleased to invite you to the first event in the series FIHR CARAVAN THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY – 2nd edition, Friday, May 16, 2025 between 10:00 and 12:30 at the Continental Forum Hotel in Târgu Mureș, Teatr Square, no. 5.
A round table in which we offer the opportunity to hoteliers and Horeca service providers to debate legislative innovations and operational solutions to increase the competitiveness of businesses in the field. We invite you to the event dedicated to the hotel community in the Centru development region – FIHR Hoteliers' Meeting Tg. Mures – Innovation and Compliance.
This event aims to provide you with opportunities to discuss topics relevant to the success of your business, including those related to the regulatory and legislative framework through the transition to digital reporting, which also affects the hotel industry; the importance of complying with HACCP standards, as well as strategies for streamlining and increasing sales. We aim to bring together specialists in the field, for an exchange of information and experiences, which will be useful in daily activity.

- Laura Elly Naghi, FIHR. Executive Director of FIHR and member of the Tourism Advisory Council, involved in working groups negotiating legislative projects with an impact on the tourism field
- Andrea Florian, Deloitte Romania, Senior Manager in the tax consulting department of Deloitte, working in the Cluj Napoca office. Andreea has over 15 years of professional experience in the tax field, accumulating extensive experience in all areas of national and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
- Gabriel Burlacu and Adrian Dumitriu, Hospitality Advisor. As Managing Partners at Hospitality Advisor, Gabriel and Adrian bring over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adrian has overseen successful pre-openings and operations at hotels such as Radisson Bucharest, RIN Hotels and Ana Hotels, as Food & Beverage Ops. Manager. Gabriel is an experienced food and beverage operations manager with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With a solid background in culinary arts and a keen eye for detail, Gabriel has successfully managed and overseen the operations of multiple food and beverage establishments, including restaurants, hotels and catering services.
- Teodora Tudosie, D-edge Hospitality Solutions. With practical experience in the hospitality field and a good understanding of the needs of hoteliers in Romania, in her capacity as Sales Manager, Teodora works day in and day out to support hotels in the process of optimizing online sales, increasing profitability and adapting to the new digital market requirements.
