Effective communication with guests or hotel partners ensures that their needs are anticipated, understood and met. Effective communication provides clarity, reduces misunderstandings and enhances the overall experience of guests or partners. The course we propose to you is short and to the point. The bare essentials have been included, the basis with which you – as a Hotel Manager / Hotel with Spa or Balneary Center – can further build some texts through which to present your hotel at its true value for:

– posts published on social networks,
– the interviews you will answer,
– short articles about the hotel you run.

You are the one who best understands the concept of the hotel you work in, not the marketing/PR agency. That's why, whether you write those texts from scratch or just proofread what comes from the agency, this course will help you. And not just you, but the entire market: because we need to bring as many customers to our locations as possible.

From this course you will learn:

• The 6 languages of personality: why do we transmit one thing and the other person (client, colleague, friend) receives something else? Even though we both speak Romanian.
• How to present your hotel (also applies to reels / videos) in a way that attracts the reader and keeps them captivated until the end. To do this, we will use 3 techniques and some of the axioms of writing.

The course takes place online, on Zoom, Tuesday, March 26, from 6:00 PM - for 90 minutes
